Solarixity is a brand of KGDC Enterprises LLP. For privacy questions or requests about information you have shared, email mail@solarixity.com.

When you contact us

The enquiry buttons open a draft in your email app. Nothing is submitted to Solarixity until you send that email. We use the contact and project details you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and coordinate any service you request.

Using the calculators

The solar and loan calculators run in your browser. Changing their inputs does not submit an enquiry. A downloaded report is saved to your device; it is not automatically emailed to our team.

Information needed for an enquiry

Your name, city, electricity use and project requirements are enough to start. Identity and bank documents needed for a scheme or loan should be shared through the appropriate application process when requested.

Email and website services

Email passes through your email provider and the services used to host our business mailbox. The website host may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, banks and government portals lead to services with their own privacy notices.

Questions, corrections and removal requests

Write to mail@solarixity.com if you want to ask about, correct or request removal of information you have sent us. Information connected with an active project, warranty, accounts or legal record may need to be retained for those purposes.
