OTHER SOLAR APPLICATIONS

Park in the shade.
Charge with the sun.

Solar carports with integrated EV charging bring productive energy generation to parking spaces—without using your building’s roof.

PARKING THAT DOES MORE

Shade. Solar power. EV readiness.

A coordinated design for the canopy, electrical system and charging demand.

Solar canopy

Use available parking area for photovoltaic generation, with a structure designed around vehicle circulation, clear height, drainage, foundations and site wind loads.

Integrated EV charging

Charging points are positioned around your parking layout and vehicle access. We select AC or DC charging around vehicle compatibility, parking duration and the site’s available electrical capacity.

Energy management

The system coordinates solar generation, building loads and charging demand. Load management keeps charging within the available supply capacity; storage can add flexibility where needed.

Safe, serviceable installation

Electrical protection, earthing, charger isolation and protected cable routes are part of the design, alongside vehicle-impact protection and maintenance access.

Designed around how your site parks.

Workplaces & commercial campuses

Long daytime parking can align with solar generation. Employee, visitor and fleet charging are planned together.

Housing societies

Shared parking, common-meter arrangements and resident charging access are coordinated for the society.

Institutions & hospitality

Shaded parking and destination charging can serve guests and visitors, with charging capacity matched to their stay and the site’s energy demand.

Does a solar carport charge only from sunlight?

Not necessarily. In a typical grid-connected design, solar supplies available energy while the grid can support the remaining demand. Charging at night requires grid supply or appropriately sized storage. Charger power, solar capacity and battery capacity are separate design decisions.

Can the project receive a subsidy?

Housing societies may qualify through the residential common-facility route, which includes eligible EV-charging use. Commercial parking follows a different consumer category, so the available support depends on the connection and project.
